Evaluation of the business process of Bridge Maintenance Management Systems

The purpose of this paper is to study the business process of the existing bridge management systems available both in the UK and other countries. Bridge Maintenance Management (BMM) constitutes only one aspect of the general policy of the management of these structures from their entry into service until their reconstruction. Indeed it is neither possible nor desirable to isolate this activity from inspection, repair and refurbishment.
