A Design of TCP Module with Multiple Congestion Windows in Network Simulator2

This paper prorate a design and simulation with the NS2, an Open Source network simulator. In the NS2, a new Transmission Control protocol is developed as a module, which is adapted for multipath routing algorithm. The purpose of these maltipath routing is mainly increasing the reliability and the throughput of a connection from the source node to the destination node. However, if the classic TCP is running over these multipath routing algorithms, the performance of the TCP may be bad, and even betrays the original intention, because of the packets disordering problems that the muhipath brings. So there are many proposals which adapt the TCP to the problem. In this paper, we suggest a Transmission Control Protocol with Multiple Congestion windows to improve the performance.
