Proposals of Low Cost and High Security International Business Operating Systems

摘要

This paper proposes the international business operating system that is constructed by Internet VPN, which has the advantage of cheap communication cost, and Server-based Computing method. High security communication is realized using IC cards and authentication platform. We tried to apply to this system for a global business operating system which was actually used in an insurance company. As the result of verification of availability of this method between Tokyo and London, it turned out that we could use this system for easy business operation. This paper also reports on the application method of Multi-homing technology to improve the transmission quality of Internet VPN.
