摘要

Numerical simulation using finite-element method is a powerful tool by which sheet-forming processes can be analysed in details. The simulation may be used to predict possible processing defects such as wrinkling. In the research reported in this paper, integral hydroforming of shell products, hydorforming of tubular and a viscous pressure forming process were simulated using FE codes LS-DYNA and DEFORM, respectively.
