摘要

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are organic chemicals that may cause health effects.They are widely used in household or aircraft materials.Influence of temperature and humidity on VOC emissions from “dry” materials has been studied.There lacks of experimental data on the study of the influence of pressure.The aim of this study is to qualitatively understand how pressure influences the VOC emissions from materials.A particle board and an aircraft carpet were tested in environmental chamber under low pressure condition.The temperature and humidity were kept constant throughout the experiment.The results showed that VOC emissions of the particle board and carpet became stronger under low pressure conditions.The mechanism needs further analyzing.
