Energy flows in buildings through a variety of paths that influence each other to form a dy-namic balanced and self-adjusting system. By controlling and changing the energy exchange between the building system and the environment and building energy flow directions, and organizing the various energy flow paths, the building system achieves systematically thermal stability.
