摘要

Due to the high number of technological options and the cost of introducing interconnecting elements in the cellular network infrastructure, the choice of the best solution is a complex problem. As consequence, it is necessary to use planning tools to obtain solutions of minimum cost considering constraints on demand and equipment capacity. This kind of tool is very useful for the equipment manufacturers as well as for the operators companies. This work presents an optimization model for planning the infrastructure of a cellular network. We use the concept of fuzzy number to consider uncertainty in demands.
