摘要

Prepared epoxy resin compound materials modified by nano-SiO2 and nano-Al2O3. Tested the two materials' mechanical properties under low temperature condition. Added nano-materials to the epoxy resin. Used the silane coupling agent processing to realize the nano-granules dispersed evenly in epoxy resin. Manufactured the mold and obtained the mechanical test specimens with certain specification. Carried on liquid nitrogen freezing to mechanical test specimens, then tested their low temperature mechanical properties on the electronic universal testing machine and the impact testing machine. Comparing the frozen specimens' mechanical properties to the specimens without frozen, the result indicated that the compound materials' tensile strength under low temperature were higher, but the impact strength and the breaking elongation dropped.
