As a medium and small scale weather system,the formation and development of short-time heavy rainfall system is affected by multi-scale weather features.For restricted by the observation capacity and material resolution,its organization and development still need to research.Because of its obvious unexpected and localized characteristics,it is difficult to forecast short-time heavy rainfall,especial quantity.
