摘要

Oil recovery sewage is treated at the site of oilfield in a PS membrane unit with outside pressure tubalars. The influence of operating parameters, such as pressure, velocity of sewage, etc., upon the flux of membrane unit is studied and cleaning method of foul membrane is developed. The membrane flux is 80 to 490 l/(m~2 · hr) at suitable operating conditions, and treated sewage accords with criterion of reinjection water for low permeability oilfield. The dirt on the surface of membrane can be cleaned with step-by-step method. Some fundamental data for industrial unit design are provided from this study.
