Concluding my speech, I would stress once again: we all need stability. It is essential for successful market development both for the European and Russian companies. If the quotas are sufficient and the companies are satisfied, then it is, of course, better to have the agreement. It is not possible to sign the agreement like the U.S. one, burdened with quotas and price terms. It is a situation that simply does not permit to trade. The quota amount should be well understood. If the quotas are scanty, who would need such an agreement? Then, the Russian producers will possibly go another way and will fight for the sales markets through dumping there for one, two, three years to gain at least something while being aware of the final loss of the market after that. This is the market, this is a predominantly clear figuring out of the situation. However, we stand for stability. Here we do hope very much for the soonest, non-discriminatory accession of Russia to WTO. And it is here where we need your support as well.
