LAMINATED INJECTION MOULDING TOOLING

摘要

This paper will describe the development and testing of a laminated tooling route for the manufacture of injection moulding tools. The benefits of laminated tooling will be shown, not just in terms of reduced cost and lead-times but perhaps more importantly, through reduced cycle times and improved part quality by the use of conformal cooling.
