Adaptative Interface: an Approach to Improve Personal Communication

摘要

The article presents an algorithmic approach to identify, learn and automatically execute all operations carried out by neophyte or experienced users on communication terminals. Based on an analysis of action sequences, this method aims to make the user's current work easier and less dull, thus improving the efficacy of communication through modern electronic messaging applications. The described approach succeeded to the validation process of intelligent communication software in the industrial context of the ALCATEL group.
