摘要

Conversion from L*a*b* to CMYK is the key technology in color separation, ink colors mixing, direct quality-detecting of printing images and color management.In this paper the dot colorimetric plane of halftone printing presented by a Japanese scholar based on optic phenomena is verified by the standard printing according with ISO 12642 at first.Then the equation of transition from L*a*b* to CMYK is modeled .At last its precision is discussed and the main reasons influencing the equation precision are analyzed.The result shows this model has academic and practical significance.
