Delay Line Hyper-Chaotic Oscillators in a Ring

We suggest to couple two or more delay line oscillators in a ring. The microwave BFG520 type transistors (f_T=9 GHz) have been used in the experiments. The power spectrum in the very high frequency range (30 to 400 MHz) is essentially smoother than that of a single oscillator. The oscillations are characterized by two-dimensional Poincare sections.
