摘要

Structure, composition, tribological and corrosion properties of electric-spark and magnetron coatings using advanced AlN-TiB_2/ZrB_2 ceramics were studied. Mullite and β-tialite, forming in a coating directly during its formation, may play a positive role as a solid lubricant in tribological behavior as well as in corrosion. Electric-spark alloying (ESA) and magnetron spraying, using the ceramics above, promote to essential increase of high-temperature corrosion resistance as well as decrease of wear and friction of high-performance alloys.
