3-D Jacobi Rotation Method for Eigenvalue Problems of Matrices

In this paper the formulation of the 3-D rotation method for the eigenvalue problems of matrices is presented. The numerical r3esults for symmetric matrices with clustered spectrum and some non-symmetric matrices are summarized.
