Preparation and structure control of poly (butyl acrylate)/poly (methyl methacrylate-methyl acrylic acid) core/shell matting agent

Poly (butyl acrylate)/poly (methyl methacrylate-methyl acrylic acid) core/shell matting agent was prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization. The particle size and the structure of the matting agent have been designed and determined by TEM and DSC. The factors affecting the structure formation have been discussed.
