Warranty data is a very rich source of information for product reliability improvements. In any company, the budged for product improvement is limited so it is important to prioritize the parts and component structures of the product to be improved so the resource is used efficiently. This study presents prioritization of component structures for quality improvements from automobile warranty data. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized in determining priorities of component structures under multiple decision criteria.
