HUMAN ERROR IN MEDICAL SYSTEMS

摘要

This paper presents a study of human error in medical systems. Many different aspects of human error in health care are studied including facts, figures, and examples on human error, causes of patient injuries, medical device accident classification, and medical devices with high occurrence of human error. A number of methods to analyze or reduce the occurrence of human factors are presented.
