Highly stable organic electroluminescent devices havernbeen achieved by treatment of thermal and electricalrnannealing. We investigate here the performance ofrntheses devices at temperatures and pulse aging. Wernalso demonstrate improved device stability due tornthermal and electrical treatment, and the brightnessrndecays at no treatment, thermal only, electrical onlyrnand thermal/electrical treatment were 86.6%, 89.5%,rn93.0%, and 96.7%, respectively, in the after 150 h ofrnoperation driven with an initial luminance of 1,000rncd/m2.
