摘要

The present study provides the results of the theoretical investigation of the ejector cooling machine (ECM) using solar energy or waste heat.Refrigerant R245fa was chosen for the present study because of its appropriate thermodynamic properties.The COPtherm of the ECM is observed to be 0.31 for evaporator temperature Te=12?C,generator Tg=90℃ and condenser temperature Tc=34℃.The total COP of the machine is found to be 0.18,which is much lower than that of ECM.It is shown that in order to get higher total COP it is necessary to increase the efficiency of ECM or solar collector or both of them.
