Arc Lamps for Microelectronics

摘要

Our paper covers a history of mercury arc lamps used for Microelectronics and discusses the equipment used in printing small features and the materials used to fabricate arc lamps. Aging aspects are to be reviewed with emphasis on Advanced Radiation Corporation lamps.
