In modem Sugar factory Scenario, the main objective is to reduce the cost of Sugar production by adopting energy auditing of various sections and applyting suitable measures to conserve Energy. In our factory we successfully implemented Auto Bagasse feeding system in Boiler. The Bagasse saving is around 0.80-1 ton per hour. We also implemented fly ash recirculation system in which the Bagasse saving is around 0.20 ton per hour. This paper preludes PID of Bagasse feeding system, costing, savings and pay pack period of the above system. The details of fly ash recirculation system such as quantity of air required, draugh, air temperature is also discussed. For the 2500 TCD plant the cost saving is around Rs. 10,000 per day by means of above systems. "Energy saving is Energy produced"
