THE APPLICATION OF MICROFILTERATION TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR WASTE WATER TREATMENT

Ooi Thermal Power Station have three power generation units,whose total out put is 1,050 HW, supplying electricity to the Tokyo Metropolitan area and playing an important role.rnSince the Power Staion is located in near by the center of city, the area of plant is rather limited and shorted the extension area in future.rnAt the same time the use of city water occasionally caused the shortage of supply especially in summer time.rnTherefore, due to the employment of microfilteration treatment system for waste water treatment as the substitute of conventional coagulation system, we can obtain high quality of water and minimize the space of plant to one-third(1/3).rnIn future, the application of Reverse Osmosis Membrane after microfilteration system enable us to recycle of the city water and bring down the treatment cost approximately 15 percent.
