Chemical toxicity prediction expert system which is based on QSAR model covering all areas of a wide range of scientific data in different toxicological endpoints,has simulation expert of reasoning ability,also became the important tools for compounds toxicity determine and risk early warning; Systems toxicology organize all the interactions,metabolic pathways and regulatory pathways change that observed in different levels of gene,protein and small moleculars together,reveal system toxic effects and mechanism of toxicity,has become another developmental trend of toxicology.
