Research on automatic testing system of small-sized direct current dynamo

摘要

In the process of the study, we have realized sampling of torque, electric current, voltage and rotation speed signal at the same time, and realized the automatic test to small- sized direct current dynamo's output characters and to output power and efficiency of generator by using a common PC with developed hardware equipment. A DC measuring transducer was employed in the automatic testing system of small-sized direct current dynamo. Moreover, a controlled resistance-box was designed and worked in this system, so an automatic load adjustment was realized by PC.
