Aided Application Study of Numerical Simulation Technology in Penetrating Overload Measuring Process

In the paper, the theory and material model of numerical calculation is introduced. By comparing the calculating and measuring results, it's shown that the numerical calculation can't replace the experimental measure, but the calculated results can be used to guide the measuring process and decrease the measuring times. The calculating process can reappear repeatedly, it's valuable to select the suitable sensor installing position and manner.
