The Long Guide Rail Straightness and Levelness Measuring

The long guide rail which imitates the guided missile flight primarily used for the every kind of qualification testing. It must be straight. Horizon is also needed. At the same time two guide rails are parallelism. Because of the high accuracy, it is difficult not only building the rail but also measuring it. Because of the curvature of the earth, the long guide rail can not be straight. It is on the contour of earth. So when measure the long guide rail, we should think about the curvature of earth. We also need think about the turbulence of the air. The beam must auto-stabled. According to these characteristics, a test system is established in this paper. Co-planarity of two long guide rail parallelisms to the orientation plane of flagging point is discussed. The key technology is also given.
