摘要

With non-uniform structure, multi-cavities systems usually have complex boundary and many non-ideal factors. So, it is difficult to analyze by the theory of field and then to get the exact mathematic model. This paper presents that the system of multi-cavities can be treated as the interconnect-net of some substructures including one or some resonance cavities and the characteristic of the whole system can be gained by cascading the measure data of all the substructures. When the cavities are too close, the coupling among them can not be ignored. So, the ordinary cascading model needs to be modified. In this paper, a kind of microwave equalizer consisting of multi-cavities is analyzed and a method to deal with the coupling among the cavities is presented. In this way, the modified cascading model of equalizer is built and the data computed by the modified cascading model is tallied better with the measure data.
