摘要

This paper describe a kind of non-destructive inspective system which is used to detect linearity and the roughness of the artillery barreled bore. This system including: the system of laser collimation , the measure head of linearity, the measure head of roughness, Artillery barrel crawler, the computer controlled system and the equipment of image processing, etc. five subordinations. Laser collimation principle and photo-target technology are adopted in the system. The resolution or the repeat precision of the linearity of the system is 0.01mm. In this system the CCD camera is used to acquire the optical data that indicate the surface roughness of the bore, the data will be input to the computer through the cable interface circuit and image digital equipment, and then the digital data of roughness are discerned by software designed finally the surface quality of the bore will be recognized and classified according to R_a1.6, R_a0.8, R_a0.4, and the detected result will be real-time displayed and output.
