Training on Test and launch control System could be low cost and convenient. This paper analyze test and launch control system and LabVIEW development platform, put forward the software and hardware design, and discuss the timing and communication problem. Integrated test and launch control system is the core of missile ground maintenance equipments. It's tasks include function inspecting, parameter testing, launch controlling and etc. For some large-scale surface-to-surface missile, the test and launch system contains a long list of test and launch items with complex handling, so the training of operators is the focal point and difficulty point. At present, the training is based on missile and actual test and launch controll system, there are two matters to be thinking. First is the limited of fees. On one hand, the requirement of training is very large in troops and academies; on the other hand the amount of equipment is few, the training fees is very high, couldn't meet with the training requirement of many operators and many times. Secondly, there is life and security limited. The main task of equipment is fighting, much training should shorten the life of equipment. On the other hand, some unit devices are very dangerous, there is very strict security limited, its not possible and permission to training on actual equipment. Therefore the training on simulator has great advantages in aspects such as low cost, high security, and easy handling.
