摘要

This article puts forward and designs a type of automatic measured and managed system of the electricity use in the student apartments, which consists of a base station measurement-control system cored with CS5460 chip and a up-management-computer system with the core of control computer in industry. This system can take the place of the traditional colling electric meter and realize information decentralized and centralized management. One base station can carry out 256 dots electric quantity measuring, including instantaneous voltage, electric current, active power and power factor, etc.The up-management-computer system will collect the related data transmitted from all base stations according to the criteria of the normative agreement and administrate them effectively. Through the prior computer system, the user can inquire about his used electric quantity, energy change cost and its surplus sum and can redeposit IC Card of his energy change cost. Systematically, the author elaborates the function, composition and operational principle of the system. The more important is that the author reforms measuring model and its actualizing way and conducts innovation. Finally, the article forecasts the possibility of the system expanding and its prospect of application.
