摘要

The Kraft bagasse pulp was used to do non chlorine bleaching experiments by the following three steps:(1)acid or chelating pretreatment;(2)ozone bleaching;(3)hydrogen peroxide bleaching.Oxygen bleaching agent was used instead of the traditional chlorine bleaching reagent in the sequence to be environmentally friendly.Compared with the typical TCF bleaching sequence,this paper features that there is no oxygen delignification stage during the process.The produced pulp's brightness could still reach 83%ISO,viscosity could still reach 590~630ml/g or above; and it is particularly applicable to make high quality,health tissue paper.
