摘要

To understand the distribution of the residual stress on welded joints in the nuclear power plant,a measuring residual stress approach based on combining Vickers hardness test and elastic-plastic finite element analysis is proposed,and the relation of the residual stress and the material mechanical parameters,specially surface Vickers hardness,is investigated and established in this study.The performed main work is as follows: A residual stress loading device is developed,and Vickers hardness test could be performed under residual stress loading condition.
