Research of the corrosion behaviour of X65 low carbon steel in aerobic Gaomiaozi bentonite saturated with Beishan groundwater

摘要

The project of high-level nuclear waste geological disposal has been performed in China for over 30 years.The multiple barrier system based on SKB-3 concept from Sweden was selected as the model of constructing repository in China.Gaomiaozi bentonite was used as buffer and backfill material.Carbon steel was one of the candidate material of high-level nuclear waste canisters.
