Concurrent Engineering and Its Application in Transponder Development

摘要

This paper overviews the definition and implication of concurrent engineering. It introduces its application in the development of ATM transponder, analyzes the effects of shortening the development cycle, improving quality, reducing the development cost and improving after-sale services, and summarizes the experience and intimate knowledge for applying and spreading concurrent engineering.
