摘要

In fatigue strength design of mechanical parts under steady variable stress, two things should be considered. They are checking safety degree of dangerous section of parts and evaluating reliability for purpose of reaching the requirements of design. It's difficult to evaluate reliability of dangerous section because allowable limit stress changes with increased working stress. In this paper, some factors affecting parts' limit stress and life coefficient are studied, such as stress concentration, size and surface situation. And we got reliability design method of fatigue strength under the situation that stress cycle characteristic is constant (such as bending stress of axis of rotation), and the working point is in the fatigue zone and in the plastic zone.
