Information technologies have become a fusion of various technologies(architecture, machinery, robotics, traffic, etc). Among these fusion of different technologies, LBS (Location Based Service) is an area where research integrates with every other sectors. The purpose of the LBS system is to provide real-time location information. Such information not only tells the user his own. location but also information about the surroundings. This technology and related studies are most commonly dealt with by navigation systems for cars. However, the current LBS service for cars is only service information sent one-way by the server and does not deal with real-time information. However, a problem with the current system is that it does not take full advantages of the LBS system, which are accurate location information, and mobile devices. The goal of this study was to develop an LBS system superior than the current LBS service through actual road tests and to develop a real-time u-LBS system using HSDPA and Wibro Technology of the 3G Network.
