Diffusion coefficients of B and Fe were measured in Zr_(46.75)Ti_(8.25)Cu_(7.5)Ni_(10)Be_(27.5) glass which was differently treated, namely quenched from the melt with cooling rates of about 10~6 K/s and of about 10 K/s to 30 K/s, and annealed for different times at 643 K. No significant difference of the diffusivity for the differently treated material was found even in those cases when small amounts of crystals were present in the amorphous matrix.
