摘要

In this paper, a new DC-link protection system of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) based wind turbine is proposed by using new control system of buck converter. The buck converter is used to control supplied voltage of a breaking resistor in the DC circuit to dissipate energy from the wind generator during network disturbance. Effectiveness of the proposed system has been investigated by simulation analyses on PSCAD/EMTDC.
