摘要

The growth and characterisation of c-axis oriented Y_(0.8)Ca_(0.2)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) (YCaBCO) thin films and of a-axis oriented (Y_(0.8)Ca_(0.2))Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)/YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) double-layers is reported. Strong overdoping of YCaBCO films is observed only for in situ oxygen annealing. YCaBCO top layers are deposited on a-axis oriented YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) (YBCO) thin films. The Ca-doping improves the electrical transport properties and enhances the J_c of a-axis oriented YBCO films.
