Around 9:45 a.m. central daylight time, on July 31, 2008, East Coast Jets flight 81, a Hawker Beechcraft BAe 125-800a, was approaching Owatonna Degner Regional Airport, Minnesota, U.S. Moderate rain was falling throughout the approach.
