Implementing the First Nationwide Net-centric Voice Communications System in the NAS

In November 2005, SolaCom Technologies was contracted by Lockheed Martin to provide the voice communication system for the FS21 (Flight Services 21st Century) project. This project involves networking 17 Automated Flight Service Stations (AFSS) across the U.S. - - including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, but excluding Alaska - to hubs located in Ft. Worth, Texas; Leesburg, Virginia; and Prescott, Arizona.
