摘要

The aim of this work is to study the non-linear vibrations of an infinite Euler-Bernouilli beam coupled with a uniform Winkler springs system under moving loads by using the finite element method. We will introduce an approximate equation in the moving co-ordinate frame for which the finite element procedure is always valid even if the load velocity is significant with respect to the critical velocity. The numerical examples will be presented to compare the solutions in the linear and non-linear cases.
