ESTIMATES AND ANALYSES OF THE VALUE OF PATENT RIGHTS IN CHINA

摘要

Using the patent estimating model of Scankerman and Ariel Pakes, the value of Chinese patent rights was analyzed and estimated, and the value of patent rights between China and European countries was compared. It is concluded that the patent value is much more important than the patent quantity for the patent system in any country.
