THE STUDY ON THE ORGANIZATION DESIGN OF RAPIDLY RECONFIGURABLE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

摘要

The organization design of Rapidly Reconfigurable Production System (RRPS)is not only a traditional industrial problem involving technical disposition, factory distribution, organization design, etc. but also a new industrial engineering problem which can rapidly and effectively integrate organization, personnel and technology to achieve agile competitive power. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of RRPS is introduced, and the general design of it is illustrated. Furthermore ,the principles of the organization design of the system are analyzed, and the related process is also discussed.
