摘要

This paper introduces the ideology of the Customer Satisfaction strategy into the whole pro-, cess of the residential commercial housing development, considering the characters of the residential commercial housing development. At the same time, the paper also emphasizes the guiding ideology, methodology and something which should be paid more attention to when the customer satisfaction planning is implemented to the whole process of the residential commercial housing development.
