Distributed Quality Assurance System Famework for Agile Manufacturing

摘要

In this paper, the quality management requirements for agile manufacturing are firstly analyzed. According to the requirements, a generic quality model and several distributed quality assurance system architectures are proposed which focus on the development of a multi-site approach to quality management. Some reference frameworks such as functional model, elements and modules of distributed quality assurance system(DQAS) are presented. Finally, the implementation issues of a DQAS are also discussed.
