@@The chloroplast is a type of plant specific subcellular organelle, which is the site of photosynthesis and participates in the synthesis of amino acids, fatty acid, plant growth substances, vitamin etc. The chloroplast protein localization can provide valuable information about its molecular function. In order to understand the mechanism of chloroplast and the function of chloroplast proteins, their subcellular location information is very important. Therefore, developing a kind of fast and effective algorithm for predicting the chloroplast protein is necessary, which is useful to understand biological process about their role of knowledge.
